R.I.P. Mike
One of my neighbors passed away recently. His name was Mike, although we called him crazy Mike, on account of him being crazy. This is the last picture taken of him alive, so he is a little beat up.

I am glad you posted this, as I would not have heard of it otherwise. I would have guessed he was older too.
I thought the comment about blowing back onto the streets after being put in the Harbor was very Fell's Point!
